Free delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long it takes

Each certificate is printed, sealed and framed by hand, which takes 3 working days before it ships. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves us.

After dispatch, allow 2 to 3 working days within the UK and 5 to 10 working days for the United States. These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and the United States. If you need it sent somewhere else, email orders@meridianoxford.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can and what it costs.

Wrong address

We send to the address you give us. If it is wrong, email us straight away — before dispatch we can change it, after dispatch we cannot. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable can be resent once you confirm the correct address.

Tracking your order

Your confirmation email contains a link to your order. No account or password is needed — keep the email and you can check progress at any time.
